A quick story-I think i passed this one on before? At my school a few years ago a guy i knew wanted to come try out his "Helmet " and protective gear to help out my female students when they were attacked. So-he gets dressed up and out on the mat he  goes-
Looked like Hulk-my little female student is given a stick wrapped in tape-he charges she swings and Bam -connects with his elbow-heheheheh-almost broke his elbow-it blew up like a f---g balloon-he was out of commission for a week-and she got a notch for her bat that she carried in a special velvet box.

The point of the disertation on velvet boxes is never never underestimate a opponent...
