That's the risk of training hard, sometimes s--t happens. Bring mamma along to TX, she can hit 6th street with us after we bang each other up all day..

 How does one Weigh down arms/legs that have been struck to simulate the diminishing nature of an impact or cut?


How would the scenario continue?
If my leg is struck how would I weigh it down?

You weigh down your limbs with a 5 pound wrist/ankle weight.  The irritating thing about Killshot is all the start/stop throughout because of limb destructions.  Hope that helps...
