John Steadman ( UK Jujitsu teacher ) used to call it E.T ( Emotional Tension ).

There's that sequence in the film ' Deliverance ' when John Vought comes back from an unsuccessful hunt and Burt Reynolds talks about hunting and ' Buck Anger '.

Breath control is key here. Slow calming breaths. I used to deal with mental patents flipping out, you must remain calm and use control. That's when your trying to get a needle in someone who's not going to let you. One mistake and it's in his spine, in you you or on one occasion in another member of staff ! Lot's of training and looks of practice is also highly recommended.
