THanks- first ill be careful-if i get hired it will be as a part time instructor or they will pay me $14-15 a hour when i teach- they have the insrurance-

As for cardio-great idea about going right into hocks block the clock as they will be learning and working out at th same time

so ill start by stretch then jog around room then do pushups/stretches and a exersise i
learned where they are in push up position and do a crab walk while punching and switching hands-its hard -i hold a punching mitt as they move forward and i go from one to next-where we do block the clock and then into the actal tactic.

thanks again- WW

Canuk, back in 1993 I produced a video called "Street Boxing - The Workout!". It was a proper boxing workout and I sold a few hundred copies. However, when selling the program at the time I had very little luck with the gyms and fitness chains. They wanted aerobics with boxing gloves on and I was pushing a serious (albeit with non contact options) boxing workout.

Now, years later I could be making a motza but I no longer have the health and fitness to show my face in a gym. Like you, I thought maintaining some standards would be well received as quality control... nope.
