Gem- thanks- the fitness center that may use me asked me if i incorporate aerobics in my self defense class-i said yes-because thats what they want and i always get the classes heart rate up at the start anyway-i want to get my foot in the door so if thats what they want thats what they get- ;D

I was just asking about some various exersises to vary the same type always used.

Some of the ones i do is as follows:

I put a ball on the floor   and further down a padded stick  and further down a plastic empty water bottle - as they run around in a circle they come to a "weapon -pick it up and attack as they continue running- i show them how to use the expedient weapon
so they get cardio and think self defense- i learned this in Poland when i took a self defense class.
