Dam-went to the doc for semi annual check up-also had heart ekg done-
my pulse - hope it dont stop is 57 sitting-i am trying lke hell to lower it more-
ill sell you guys my secret cheap- ;D ;D

OK_ ill give my  secret out for free-
1-Vodka with black berry brandy chaser (used to be black label beer)
2-no smoking
3-good wolfie wife
4-lots of travel
5-mix in lots of rolling with bigger guys
6-work out 2 times a day if possible
7-never never give up
8-always keep on looking at the pretty girls.... (a must).
9-dont get up set at the cyberspace crap  ;D ;D
10-always back up your partner
11-shoot straight true and kill the mother fucker......

Update-the doc who did the annual physical sent me to a cardeoligest for stress test-because he said there was irregular beat-so i went and they do stress test -and a put a moniter on you for 24 hours-i was not happy but put the thing on-24 hours later doc reads it and says stress great  moniter reading great-keep on exersising-
pulse was 48 bpm that day and i went up to 141 bpm on tread mill-all ok-
I recommend that us instructors do this stress test yearly and get checked out
the american diet sucks-also we are some of the fatest people in the world-
if we are pushing ourselves on the mat -or- at the job-i.e. police officer- we are doing our selves a disservice not to live right.
