Dont know if you guys have tried this but check out Bas's R. cd on boxing 2 and 3 mnute rounds against a bag-really wears me out-great as you have to follow his instructions -strike 1-4-liver shot-uppercuts and hooks-
then after you do that have partner hold the pads and do some of the cd hitting the actual hand pads=kicks your butt-but good training- WW
