Two weeks ago a home owner in Tn. heard some someone who he thought was breaking into his home-the intruders were on the side of the house and attempting to get inside (he thought)- he took his weapon and fired wounding what wound up as teenager playing a game where they knock on a door ring the bell and run away-the teen was wounded and the home owner was charged with aggrevate assault in the shooting.

To make a long story short the grand jury yesteday dropped the charges against him because he was in his right to protect his home from intruders.
Thats why Tn. is a great place to live.........

Two days after the shooting the father of the teen was suing the home owner for a large amount money- dont know that wil fly after the grand jury made its findings.
