I just got this and Volume 1 recently.  I really like the photos and explanations of ideas and concepts in each book.  Both volumes have given me a couple of ideas to incorporate into my own training, ideas that blend very well with FMA.  Good stuff!

Kentbob,
What I really want to know is, when are you going to get your own "Iron Man" suit?

you're all a bunch of slack jawed faggots around here, this stuff will make you a sexual tyrannosaurus, just like me!

I think I've proven that I don't need one.  Three tours, not a scratch...I'm way more invincible than Iron Man.
