Jim Glennon Interview - Arresting Communication seems to have taken Verbal Judo a step further.  Should have happened sooner I feel.  I know the case they are talking about in Georgia.  Even in George Thompson’s Verbal Judo class repetitiveness is one of the deadly sins for police officers.  Can’t wait to read this book sounds like sound information. :o
